In this study, three antibody clones available from Leinco Technologies were tested for their ability to bind and visualize mpox virus in cell cultures. The work was performed in the lab of Dr. John Connor, which focuses on understanding how the virus-host interaction works and methods to tip the balance in favor of the host. To do this they aim to determine how viruses hijack infected cells, and how cells defend themselves against viral infection.
