Store at room temperature (25ºC). Refrigerated temperatures will not harm the reagent.

450 nm Liquid Stop Solution for TMB Microwell Substrates is a proprietary acidic formulation used to stop TMB Microwell Substrate (Leinco Prod. No.: T118) reactions and change the chromogen from blue to yellow in color.

450 nm Stop Reagent for TMB Microwell Substrates is used to stop Leinco Technologies’ TMB Microwell Substrates and change the absorbance from blue (620 nm) to yellow (450 nm). 450 nm Stop Reagent for TMB Microwell Substrates requires reconstitution with 100 ml of distilled or deionized water. Allow approximately 5 minutes for the solid to dissolve. Equal volumes of Leinco’s TMB Substrate and 450 nm Stop Reagent for TMB Microwell Substrates should be used. Stopping the TMB substrate reaction increases the sensitivity 2 – 4 fold.

CAUTION! This is an acidic formulation and should be treated with the same precautions as any other acid. Refer to the SDS for additional information.
