This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype. Anti-Human CD10 (Anti-CALLA) recognizes a human common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen. CD10 is a (Mr 100 kDa) surface glycoprotein with associated neutral endopeptidase activity.1,2 Background Anti-Human CD10 may be used in studies characterizing non-T-cell common acute lymphoblastic leukemias or differentiation of early lymphocyte lineages. Antigen Distribution The CD10 antigen is found on cells from subjects with acute B-lymphoid leukemia.3 The antigen is also expressed in various degrees on progenitor B-cells, renal epithelium, fibroblasts, granulocytes, early T-lymphocytes and germinal center cells.
