Description

Specificity
Rat Anti-Mouse CD24 (Clone R7129.7) recognizes the cell surface glycoprotein Nectadrin, immunologically identical to the heat stable antigen (HSA). Nectadrin is a glycoprotein with a polypeptide core of 30 amino acids and high carbohydrate content. The apparent molecular mass of the two forms of Nectadrin purified from a mouse lymphoma cell line appear to be in the range of 40-60 and 23-30 kD.
Antigen Distribution
The CD24 (Nectadrin) antigen is present on lymphocytes, granulocytes, erythrocytes.
Ligand/Receptor
P-selectin, CD24
