Brucella abortus, strain S99 – Weybridge is cultivated by fermentation and extracted by detergent. The native antigen is suitable for the detection of IgG, IgM and IgA against B. abortus.
Storage and Stability
Store at -65°C or lower. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Sonicate before use. 10 years from date of manufacture (under recommended storage conditions).
