DescriptionClearFlow™ Sheath Fluid is specifically formulated isotonic solution for transporting particles through a flow cytometer and supplied "Ready to Use". ClearFlow™ is specially manufactured in our ISO 7(class 10,000) cleanroom suite for low particulate count (SEE ABOVE EXPERIMENT) and fluorescence background to guarantee better signal to noise ratio measurements. Manufacturing StandardsAll Leinco Technologies PBS, buffers and sheath fluid solutions are specially manufactured in our class 10,000 clean room environment located in St. Louis, Missouri. All manufactured products and custom services offered are provided under Leinco's ISO9001:2015 quality management system and cGMP quality standards. Directions For UseThis product contains an antibacterial/antifungal preservative (other than sodium azide) and may not be
suitable for cell sorters and systems requiring a preservative free buffer. Use 1x ClearFlow™ to fill flow
cytometry equipment to operating capacity, per manufacturer’s recommendations. 1x ClearFlow™ may
be used with any analytical flow cytometer such as (but not limited to) Becton Dickson (BD) FACSVerse,
LSR I, LSR II, FACSCanto I, FACSCanto II, FACScan, FACSCalibur, LSRFortessa; Beckman Coulter
FC500, Gallios, Cyan, Quanta; Sony EC800; and/or any other analytical-based flow cytometer requiring
1x sheath fluid. Product SpecificationsStorage and Stability Store Leinco sheath fluids at room temperature. DO NOT FREEZE.
