This secondary antibody is lyophilized from 0.01M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.6 containing 0.25M NaCl, 15 mg/ml IgG free BSA and 0.05% sodium azide as a preservative.

This lyophilized secondary antibody conjugate should be stored desiccated at 2-8°C. The reconstituted Biotin conjugate containing glycerol should be stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer.

Secondary antibody concentrations reconstituted with glycerol will be diluted by 50%. Therefore, the working dilution may be one half of what is recommended.

Goat Whole Molecule Anti-Mouse IgG (H&L) recognizes Mouse IgG heavy and light chains. This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography and has been adsorbed against serum proteins and immunoglobulins to minimize species cross-reactivity.
